We got to work on the Sahara Yellow apartment as soon as building work on the residential development had finished. The developer asked for a concept that would appeal to its target buyers, so the home was designed for a young family, with a bright space and a well-judged layout.
With its two bedrooms, this spacious, generously proportioned apartment is part of a mixed-use property development with three components: residential, offices and retail. The complex is set in an exclusive area and has a unique private terrace and green spaces along the full length of the development. Sophisticated furniture, impeccable finishes and top-quality materials complete the home's advantages.
The warmth evoked by the name Sahara Yellow is found in the fine textures, which give the interior a festive air, and in the decorative pieces and plants, present in abundance, that bring vitality. The result is a warm, balanced interior.
