The Customer may withdraw from the Contract, by unilateral withdrawal, within a period of 30 days, without having to give any reason.
The right to withdraw from the contract expires after a period of 30 days starting from the day of delivery (the day on which the parcel is received by the Customer or by a third party, other than the carrier, designated by the Customer, as stated on the AWB (waybill)/proof of receipt issued by the courier). The date of delivery of the parcel and the day on which the period ends are included in the calculation of the 30-day period.
If the Customer decides to withdraw from the Contract, the Customer must notify Yoda Home Design by one of the following methods:

By completing online the online withdrawal form available in the Customer panel for any order; if this method is used, the Customer will receive a prompt confirmation that Yoda Home Design has received their notice of withdrawal.
Please note: Each method of sending the notice is permitted and all are equally effective. Yoda Home Design recommends the online form available in the Customer panel only because it is an easy and quick method.
To be sure of withdrawing from the contract within the time limit, it is sufficient for the Customer to send the notice of withdrawal before the period expires.
In the event of unilateral withdrawal/withdrawal from the Contract, within no more than 14 (fourteen) days from the date on which the Products and their accessories are returned in proper condition, as set out in these Terms and Conditions, Yoda Home Design will refund to the Customer, without undue delay, their price as collected and the delivery charge paid by the Customer to the courier for the delivery of the products (except for any additional costs resulting from the Customer's choice of a delivery method other than the cheaper standard delivery offered by Yoda Home Design). If the Customer chooses to keep certain products and to cancel the Contract/Order only partially, the delivery charge will not be refunded.
The price and the charges paid by the Customer for delivery will be refunded using the same means by which these amounts were received in the initial transaction, unless the Customer agrees otherwise, and except for payments received in cash on delivery, which will always be refunded to the Customer by bank transfer to the account that the Customer is required to state in the form or e-mail. In all cases, the Customer will not incur any costs in connection with the refund.
Yoda Home Design may withhold the refund until it has received the returned product or until the Customer has supplied evidence of having returned the product in proper condition, whichever is the earlier.
In the event of withdrawal/unilateral withdrawal carried out in compliance with the time and form requirements set out above, the Customer must return the products in the proper condition in which they were received, unaltered, unscratched and in all cases undamaged, in the packaging in which they were received, within no more than 14 (fourteen) days of notifying the decision to withdraw (the day on which the withdrawal is notified and the day on which the period ends being included in its calculation).
The products may be returned, at the Customer's choice, either at the Customer's own expense through a courier chosen by the Customer, or through the courier chosen by Yoda Home Design at Yoda Home Design's expense. In order to benefit from free return shipping, the Customer must complete the contract withdrawal/unilateral withdrawal form available for each order in the Customer panel.
If all the products are returned in a single parcel, a return made in this way is exempt from courier charges/return costs if the collection takes place within the territory of Romania.
If sets of products were delivered, the entire set must be returned as delivered. If a gift product was also received on delivery, it must also be returned. Any product must be returned with all its accessories, which must be in proper condition, exactly like the product.
If the products are not returned in proper condition, as set out above, the Customer will bear their depreciation, and the amount to be refunded to the Customer by Yoda Home Design will be reduced accordingly. The Customer is liable for any diminished value of the products resulting from their use in any way other than is necessary to establish their nature, characteristics and functioning.
As regards the condition of the products returned by the accepted return methods mentioned above, their condition will be examined by Yoda Home Design, to determine the extent to which they are compliant, within no more than 14 (fourteen) days of receipt, and the Customer will be informed by e-mail within this period of any non-conformities that result in a reduction of the amount to be refunded. The Customer agrees to this procedure.
