WEEE REGULATIONS
Waste Electrical and Electronic Equipment
In accordance with the provisions of Government Emergency Ordinance no. 5 of 2 April 2015, we inform you that the Green Stamp fee is included in the sale price.
This fee represents the consumers’ contribution to covering the costs of collecting and recycling waste electrical and electronic equipment (WEEE). The Green Stamp is not a physical marking and is not applied in the form of a seal, as happens in the alcoholic beverages or tobacco products industry.
WEEE producer registration
Pursuant to Government Decision no. 1000/2012 and Government Emergency Ordinance no. 5/2015 on waste electrical and electronic equipment, the company YODA HOME DESIGN S.R.L., unique registration code 40957440, with its registered office in București, Sector 1, Strada Ceasornicului nr. 3–7, et. 2, ap. 8, has been registered in the Register of producers of electrical and electronic equipment for placing on the market equipment of type 4a, 5, under registration number:
RO – EEE – 6027 – 2025 – 01 – 15
According to Order no. 269/2019, by 20 March of each year, the documentation required for the annual update of the registration number must be submitted.

The Beneficiary (i.e. you) has the OBLIGATION NOT TO COLLECT waste electrical and electronic equipment (WEEE) together with unsorted municipal waste (according to ART 9, paragraph 5).
The marking that OBLIGES YOU to hand over this waste at collection points is identified by the following pictogram.
