The home was designed for a young family who need a bright space and a well-thought-out layout. In the Grey Steel apartment, both are in place. We took on the work immediately after the residential development was completed, and developed the concept at the contractor's request, in keeping with the profile of the target buyers.
Generously proportioned and spacious, this two-bedroom apartment is part of a mixed-use property development organised around three components: residential, offices and retail. The location is exclusive, and the complex has a unique private terrace and green spaces from one end to the other. The interior relies on sophisticated furniture, impeccable finishes and high-quality materials.
Numerous fine textures dress the whole interior and give it a festive air; they had a major say in how the space was shaped. Decorative pieces and plants, used freely, are what bring vitality to this home.
