About us
Our story
Fifteen years ago, it all started with one question: how will the person who lives here feel?
The question has stayed the same. Meanwhile, Ioana Darie’s passion for beautiful homes has become Yoda Home Design, a Bucharest studio that has brought more than 200 interiors to life: family homes, apartments for investors, houses on the coast.

Ioana Darie
Ioana runs a studio specialising in turnkey residential projects: from the first brief and technical planning to the last object put in its place. She coordinates architects, engineers and tradespeople, keeps the budget under control and oversees every stage of the work.
She works with families furnishing their homes and with developers and investors who want rental-ready apartments, in developments such as One Herăstrău, One Mircea Eliade, One Verdi Park and Luxuria Domenii.

How we work
A beautiful interior that still works ten years on.
A young woman back from London wanted an all-pink apartment, inspired by social media. We started from what she truly liked. Through material samples and a few concept options we arrived together at a balanced interior that still represents her today.
We choose durable finishes, colours that don’t tire the eye and a layout designed for real life: storage by the entrance, easy-to-reach utilities, a natural flow through the home.
For investors: the imaginary tenant
Every rental apartment starts from the profile of the person who will live there for at least two years.

- Two rooms
