Modern Bay suggests clean lines and a sense of openness. The home, intended for a young family, is bright, and every room sits naturally in its place. We took on the project right after work on the residential complex was completed. The concept answered the contractor's request: an interior tailored to the buyers it was aimed at.
The apartment has two bedrooms and stands out for its space and generous proportions. It is part of a mixed-use property development with residential, office and retail components. Set in an exclusive area, the complex has a unique private terrace and green spaces along its full length. Sophisticated furniture, impeccable finishes and top-quality materials are among the home's advantages.
The festive atmosphere comes from the fine textures that cover the entire interior. Plants and decorative pieces, in abundance, add an extra touch of vitality.
