A young family needs light and sensibly divided rooms above all else, and this home offers both. We took on the Sunny Glow apartment as soon as construction of the residential development was completed. We created the concept at the contractor's request, shaped around the profile of the buyers it is aimed at.
The apartment has two bedrooms, plenty of space and generous proportions, and is part of a mixed-use property development with three components: residential, offices and retail. The development is in an exclusive area and has a unique private terrace, with green spaces running the length of the whole complex. Inside, sophisticated furniture comes together with impeccable finishes and high-quality materials.
The fine textures found throughout the interior mattered greatly in how the space took shape, and they give the home a festive feel. We complemented them with an abundance of decorative pieces and plants, which bring vitality to the whole home.
