In the Joy Party Duplex, fine textures set the tone for the whole interior and lend it a festive air that suits the project's name. Decorative pieces and plants, used generously, bring life to every corner of a home designed for a young family – bright and well laid out.
We started work as soon as construction of the residential development was finished, and we created the concept at the developer's request, tailored to the profile of the buyers it targets. Spacious and generously proportioned, the apartment has two bedrooms and is part of a mixed-use property development with three components: residential, offices and retail.
The complex is in an exclusive area, with a unique private terrace and green spaces along its entire length. Sophisticated furniture, impeccable finishes and high-quality materials round off what the home has to offer.
