Young families look for a home where light reaches everywhere and every room has its purpose. Emerald Touch was designed for just such a family, as a bright, well-planned space. We took it on immediately after the residential development was completed, with a concept requested by the contractor for the profile of the target buyers.
The space, ample and generously proportioned, includes two bedrooms. The apartment sits within a mixed-use property development with three components: residential, offices and retail. The complex is located in an exclusive area and has a unique private terrace, with green spaces across its whole grounds. Sophisticated furniture, impeccable finishes and high-quality materials are just part of what the home offers.
A wealth of fine textures played a big part in defining this space: they dress the whole interior and give it a festive air. Decorative pieces and plants, chosen in abundance, complete the look and bring vitality to the home.
