The decorative pieces and plants found throughout Royal Blue bring vitality, while fine textures give the interior a festive air that is noticeable from the moment you walk in. It is a home for a young family, bright and with a well-judged layout and easy-to-use spaces.
With two bedrooms and generous proportions, this spacious apartment belongs to a mixed-use property development that brings together three components: homes, offices and retail space.
The contractor asked us for a concept suited to the profile of the target buyers, and work began immediately after construction of the residential development was completed. The complex occupies an exclusive area and has a unique private terrace and green spaces along the whole development. At every turn, the interior showcases sophisticated furniture, impeccable finishes and high-quality materials.
