Chess Master suggests order and strategy, like a board where every piece has its place. The home, intended for a young family, is bright and very well laid out. We took on the project immediately after the residential complex was completed, and the concept was created at the contractor's request to fit the profile of the target buyers.
The apartment has two bedrooms, is spacious and has generous proportions. It belongs to a mixed-use property development with three components: residential, offices and retail.
The complex is set in an exclusive area and has a unique private terrace, as well as green spaces along the entire development. Sophisticated furniture, impeccable finishes and high-quality materials are just some of the benefits. The design was shaped around fine textures that give it a festive air, while decorative pieces and plants, used generously, bring vitality.
