When we started work, we thought about the young family who will live here and what they need: light and a clear layout. Light Breeze answers with a bright, well-divided space. We took on the project immediately after the residential development was completed, and the concept followed the contractor's request and the profile of the target buyers.
The apartment has two bedrooms and generous proportions, making it a spacious home within a mixed-use property development with residential, office and retail components. The complex has a unique private terrace and green spaces stretching across the whole development, in an exclusive area. The furniture is sophisticated, the finishes impeccable and the materials of high quality.
The space took shape through a wealth of fine textures, which dress the whole interior and give it a festive air. Decorative pieces and plants, added generously, complete the scheme and bring vitality to the whole home.
