The name Silver and Gold promises a festive interior, and the fine textures that dress the whole space live up to that impression. Decorative pieces and plants, added in abundance, bring life to a home designed for a young family, with a bright, well-planned space.
We were brought in on this apartment immediately after construction of the residential development was completed. The concept was created at the contractor's request to match the profile of the target buyers. Spacious and generously proportioned, the apartment has two bedrooms and belongs to a mixed-use property development with residential, office and retail components.
The complex lies in an exclusive area and benefits from a unique private terrace, as well as green spaces across its entire extent. Sophisticated furniture, impeccable finishes and high-quality materials make the difference.
