The young family who will live here need light and well-organised spaces, and the apartment meets both requirements. Blue Lady was taken on immediately after construction of the residential development was completed. We created the concept at the contractor's request, so that it would match the profile of the target buyers.
With two bedrooms, spacious and generously proportioned, the apartment is part of a mixed-use property development combining three components: homes, offices and retail space. The complex is in an exclusive area, with a unique private terrace and green spaces throughout the development. The home's strengths include sophisticated furniture, impeccable finishes and high-quality materials.
The many fine textures were essential in shaping this space and wrap the whole interior in a festive air. Decorative pieces and plants, present in abundance, complete the atmosphere and bring the home to life.
