Apartment Modern Art

In Modern Art, the name announces a home treated as a carefully considered composition. It was designed for a young family and offers a light-filled space with a clear division of rooms. The contractor asked us for a concept tailored to the buyers the development was aimed at, and we took on the project as soon as construction was finished.

With its two bedrooms, the apartment is roomy and well proportioned. It is part of a mixed-use property development that brings together homes, offices and retail space. The area is an exclusive one, and the complex has a unique private terrace and green spaces from one end to the other. Refined furniture, flawless finishes and superior-quality materials round off its advantages.

Fine textures play the leading role, giving the whole interior a festive air. Plants and decorative pieces, used generously, add vitality.
