For a young family, a good apartment means light, first and foremost, and a layout that works. Mojave Desert meets both conditions. We took on the project as soon as the residential development was completed, and the concept was created at the contractor's request to match the profile of the target buyers.
The property development it belongs to is a mixed-use one, with three components: residential, offices and retail. The apartment itself has two bedrooms and is spacious and generously proportioned. The complex lies in an exclusive area, with a unique private terrace and green spaces along its entire length. Sophisticated furniture, impeccable finishes and quality materials are among the home's advantages.
The many fine textures mattered greatly in shaping the space and give the whole interior a festive note. Decorative pieces and plants, used generously, are what complete the picture and bring vitality to the home.
