Royal Blue gains its elegance from the fine textures that dress the whole interior in a festive air, from one room to the next. Decorative pieces and plants, present in abundance, enliven a bright home with a well-thought-out layout, intended for a young family.
The apartment is part of a mixed-use property development where three components meet: residential, offices and retail. It has two bedrooms and a generous, well-proportioned space in which every area has its place. We took it on immediately after construction of the residential development was completed, and the concept was created at the contractor's request to suit the profile of the target buyers.
Sophisticated furniture, impeccable finishes and high-quality materials add to the advantages of the complex: an exclusive area, a unique private terrace and green spaces throughout its length.
