The developer commissioned the Deep Savannah project at the very moment construction of the development was completed. The aim was a concept that would match the profile of the target buyers: a young family needing a bright space and a well-thought-out layout.
This is a spacious, generously proportioned two-bedroom apartment in a mixed-use property development that brings together residential, office and retail areas. The exclusive location, the unique private terrace and the green spaces stretching along the complex are the first things you notice. Inside, sophisticated furniture, impeccable finishes and high-quality materials round off the offer.
The depth suggested by the name Deep Savannah comes from the wealth of fine textures, which give the interior a festive note, and from the decorative pieces and plants that bring the home to life and give it warmth.
