When a young family moves into a new home, they need bright spaces and logically arranged rooms. The Grey Forest apartment has both. We took it on immediately after construction of the residential development was completed, and created the concept at the contractor's request, for the profile of the buyers it is aimed at.
It is part of a mixed-use property development with three components – residential, offices and retail – and has two bedrooms within a spacious, generously proportioned layout. The complex enjoys an exclusive location, a unique private terrace and green spaces across its whole extent.
