Construction of the residential development had just been completed when we took on the Aquatic Zen apartment. The developer asked us for a concept suited to the buyers it was targeting, and we designed it for a young family, in a bright, well-planned space.
The two-bedroom apartment is spacious and generously proportioned, and belongs to a mixed-use property development that brings together three components: residential, offices and retail.
The complex is in an exclusive area and has a unique private terrace, with green spaces along its entire length. Sophisticated furniture, impeccable finishes and high-quality materials are just a few of the home's strengths. The calm suggested by the name rests on fine textures, which give the interior a festive air, and on decorative pieces and plants used in abundance to bring vitality. The interior thus stays calm, yet full of life.
