Young families need rooms full of light and a clear division of space. Ultimate Shine was conceived for just such a family, as a bright, well-planned apartment. We took it on immediately after the residential development was completed, and the concept, requested by the contractor, follows the profile of the target buyers.
The two-bedroom apartment is ample and generously proportioned. It sits within a mixed-use property development that brings together three components: residential, offices and retail. The development is set in an exclusive area and has a unique private terrace, with green spaces stretching along the whole complex. Sophisticated furniture, impeccable finishes and high-quality materials show what the home has to offer.
Shaping the space relied on a wealth of fine textures, which dress the entire interior and give it a festive air. Decorative pieces and plants, present in abundance, round off the look and bring vitality to the home.
