Once the residential development was finished, we took on the Grey Wolf apartment straight away. We worked at the developer's request, with the buyers it was targeting in mind. The result: a home for a young family, with plenty of light and a carefully considered layout.
Spacious, generously proportioned and with two bedrooms, the apartment is part of a mixed-use property development with three distinct components: homes, offices and retail space. The complex has a unique private terrace, green spaces along its entire length and a setting in an exclusive area. Sophisticated furniture, impeccable finishes, high-quality materials: these are just part of what the apartment offers.
The atmosphere suggested by the name Grey Wolf rests on fine textures, which give the whole interior a festive air, and on decorative pieces and plants used generously to bring vitality. The interior thus stays restrained, yet never cold.
