Brown Leaf brings to mind the quiet of an autumn leaf, a fitting image for a home intended for a young family. The interior is bright and well laid out. We took on the work straight after construction of the complex was completed. The concept was developed at the contractor's request, to suit the profile of the buyers it was meant for.
Spacious and generously proportioned, the apartment has two bedrooms and sits within a mixed-use property development with three components – residential, offices and retail. The complex occupies an exclusive area and has a unique private terrace, while green spaces stretch along the entire development. Elegant furniture, finishes attended to down to the last detail and high-quality materials are only part of what the home offers.
The space draws its personality from a wealth of fine textures that give it a celebratory feel. Decorative pieces and plants, in abundance, complete the picture and enliven the home.
