The residential development had only just been completed when the developer entrusted us with the Downtown Retreat project. Its brief was clear: a concept tailored to the buyers it was targeting. So we designed a home for a young family, bright and with a carefully worked-out layout.
The apartment has two bedrooms, is spacious and generously proportioned, and belongs to a mixed-use property development where homes sit alongside offices and retail space. The area is an exclusive one, and the complex offers a unique private terrace and green spaces running the length of the development. Sophisticated furniture, flawless finishes and high-quality materials complete the picture.
The idea of a retreat in the name takes shape through fine textures that dress the interior in festive attire. Decorative pieces and plants, used in abundance, give the home its vitality and make it welcoming at first sight.
