Cosy Oak is a name that suggests warmth and comfort, and this home for a young family lives up to it: the space is bright and well laid out. We started work as soon as the residential complex was completed. The concept grew out of the contractor's brief, which called for an interior suited to the profile of the target buyers.
The apartment has two bedrooms, is spacious and generously proportioned, and belongs to a mixed-use property development with three components: residential, offices and retail. The complex sits in an exclusive area, with a unique private terrace and green spaces throughout. Among the apartment's strengths are sophisticated furniture, impeccable finishes and high-quality materials.
What gave the design its shape are the fine textures, which lend every corner a festive feel. Decorative pieces and plants, used generously, bring the home to life.
